Examples.

1) In 2003 Hemplan handled the process/repair and refurbishment of 4000 customer returned monitors for a large Far East manufacturer who had no European repair facilities.

2) In 2004 Hemplan handled the process/repair and refurbishment of 200 faulty TFT’s that had been de-installed from a large U.K corporate.

End User repairs.
Hemplan offer an end user repair service for Gloucestershire based customers.
Work is handled on a basic inspection fee or on a no fix/no fee basis dependant on the product type.  ( please call us to discuss )

Laptops                   

Hemplan charge £25 + V.a.t  to evaluate the unit and determine what is required.
This enables us to give you an accurate quote for the repair of the unit so that you can decide if the repair is economic or not.

We have a large library of reclaimed parts, so we are able to offer a competitive repair quotes for even the most expensive items.

Monitors

These are still handled on a “no Fix, no Fee” basis, so you only pay for the repair if we are successful.
